Leila enrolled in Harmonise's Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program with Jess Reyes. The structure was clear from the start: eight weekly sessions, each introducing a specific practice — body scanning, breath awareness, mindful movement — with home exercises to embed the techniques between sessions.
