Community-based healing in a safe, guided space. Monthly cohorts for anxiety, grief, life transitions, and workplace burnout — facilitated by licensed therapists.

What is group therapy?
Group therapy is one of the most powerful — and most underused — forms of psychological treatment. When you work alongside others who understand what you're carrying, something shifts that one-on-one work can't always reach: you realise you are not alone, you are not broken, and you are not the only one.
Our groups are small (maximum 10 participants), professionally facilitated by licensed therapists, and focused on specific themes so every session is directly relevant to your experience. This is not a support group or a drop-in class — it is structured therapeutic work, held in a safe and guided environment.
Current group themes
Anxiety & overthinking — For people who live in their heads, plan for worst-cases, and can't seem to switch off.
Grief & loss — Navigating bereavement, loss of identity, or the grief that doesn't have a name.
Life transitions — Divorce, redundancy, moving country, becoming a parent, leaving a relationship, retirement.
Workplace burnout — For high-performers whose coping strategies stopped working.
Young adults (18–30) — Identity, belonging, relationships, and the particular chaos of early adulthood.
Why group therapy works
Universality — Discovering that others share your experience reduces shame faster than almost any other intervention.
Interpersonal learning — The group becomes a live laboratory for the relational patterns you bring to all your relationships.
Altruism — Being able to help others — not just receive help — is profoundly therapeutic in itself.
Cost-effectiveness — High-quality facilitated work at a fraction of the cost of individual therapy, without any reduction in depth.
"Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much." — Helen Keller
